摘　　要：目的探讨干扰素泡腾片、雌三醇乳膏联合乳杆菌活菌治疗绝经后宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月三所医院收治的绝经后宫颈HR-HPV感染患者240例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各120例。对照组采用干扰素泡腾片与雌三醇乳膏联合治疗,研究组在此基础上加用乳杆菌活菌,两组总疗程均为6个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后的阴道微生态指标、子宫内膜厚度及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后阴道微生态指标正常比例较治疗前增加(P<0.05),且研究组正常比例高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论干扰素泡腾片、雌三醇乳膏联合乳杆菌活菌治疗绝经后宫颈HR-HPV感染疗效确切,能有效提高HR-HPV清除率,也能显著改善患者绝经后阴道微生态状况,安全性良好。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of interferon effervescent tablets and estriol cream combined with lactobacillus in the treatment of postmenopausal cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection.Methods A total of 240 postmenopausal patients with cervical HR-HPV infection in the three hospitals from June 2021 to June 2022 were collected.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,120 in each group.The control group was treated with interferon effervescent tablets and estriol cream.The study group was given lactobacillus on the basis of the control group.All patients were treatment for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,vaginal microecological indexes,endometrial thickness before and after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cure rate and total effect of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The normal proportion of vaginal microecological indexes after treatment in the two groups was higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The normal rate of vaginal microecological indexes of the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Combined treatment with interferon effervescent tablets,estriol cream and lactobacillus for postmenopausal cervical HR-HPV infection has a definite curative effect.It can effectively increase the HR-HPV clearance rate,and also significantly improve the patient′s postmenopausal vaginal microecological status.The safety is high.
