摘　　要：目的分析脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍经针刺结合电刺激治疗对患者吞咽功能、生命质量-吞咽(SWAL-QOL)的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月我院收治的108例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组52例(吞咽训练)及研究组56例(吞咽训练加以辅助针灸结合电刺激)。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效、吞咽功能及SWAL-QOL评分。结果研究组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组吞咽功能、吞咽时程皆减少、最大波幅皆上升,且研究组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组SWAL-QOL评分均下降,且研究组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者经针刺结合电刺激治疗后吞咽功能改善更大,生活质量更佳,临床优势更为显著。Objective To analyze the effects of acupuncture combined with electrical stimulation on swallowing function and Swallowing-quality of life(SWAL-QOL)in patients with post-stroke swallowing dysfunction.Methods One hundred and eight patients with post-stroke dysphagia who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected.According to the random number method,they were divided into a control group(n=52 treated with swallowing training)and a study group(n=56 treated with supplementary acupuncture combined with electrical stimulation based on the control group).The clinical efficacy,swallowing function and SWAL-QOL score after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the swallowing function and swallowing time course were reduced,and the maximum amplitude was increased in both groups,and the improvement degree of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SWAL-QOL scores in both groups were decreased,and the scores in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia patients can improve swallowing function and quality of life.The clinical advantages are significant.
