摘　　要：目的探讨血液透析(HD)患者、腹膜透析(PD)患者及健康者肠道菌群的变化。方法收集36例HD患者、27例PD患者及57例健康对照者的粪便,采用16SrRNA测序,评估其粪便微生物群组成的差异。结果与对照组比较,PD组、HD组患者肠道菌群总数显著降低(P<0.01)。PD组与对照组、HD组与对照组之间的chao指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),HD组与对照组群落多样性差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组的群落多样性更高。普雷沃特拉菌水平与透析患者生存时间呈负相关(P=0.04)。结论PD、HD患者的肠道菌群发生了改变,HD患者的肠道菌群变化较PD患者更为显著。Objective To investigate the changes in the intestinal flora of hemodialysis(HD)patients,peritoneal dialysis(PD)patients,and healthy people.Methods The feces of 36 HD patients,27 PD patients and 57 healthy controls were collected.The differences in fecal microbiota composition were evaluated by 16SrRNA sequencing.Results Compared with the healthy control group,the total number of intestinal flora in the PD group and the HD group was significantly reduced(P<0.01).There were significant differences in chao index between the PD and the control groups and between the HD group and the control group(P<0.001).There were significant differences in bacterial community diversity between the HD group and the control group(P<0.01).The control group had higher community diversity.There was an inverse correlation between Pretiella and survival time(P=0.04).Conclusions The intestinal flora of PD and HD patients are changed,and the intestinal flora changes in HD patients are more significant than those in PD patients.
