摘  要:基于Stefan-Boltzmann定律,研究相变材料的红外遮蔽性能。以微胶囊作为相变材料的载体,有效提高了相变材料的稳定性。通过涂层技术将相变微胶囊整理到织物上,使其获得红外遮蔽性能。测试了微胶囊的粒径、热稳定性和涂层织物的红外遮蔽性能。结果表明,通过原位聚合法制备的微胶囊为光滑球形,粒径分布均匀为2.9μm,具有良好的储能效果,潜热为98.0J/g。以聚丙烯酸酯为黏合剂,相变微胶囊作为填料,通过涂层技术整理到涤棉织物上。在相同热源下整理后的织物较原织物延长了与热源同温的时间,因此相变微胶囊整理后的织物对红外线有较好的遮蔽效果。Based on Stefan-Boltzmann law,the infrared masking performance of phase change materials was studied in this paper.Using microcapsule as the carrier of phase change material,the stability of phase change material was improved effectively.Phase change microcapsules were coated on fabric to obtain infrared masking performance.The particle size,thermal stability of microcapsules and infrared shielding performance of fabrics coated with microcapsules were tested.The results shows that the microcapsules prepared by in-situ polymerization are smooth and spherical,possesses a uniform particle size distribution of 2.9μm,and has a good energy storage effect with a latent heat of 98.0 J/g.Using polyacrylate as binder and phase change microcapsule as fller,the coating technology is applied to polyester cotton knitted fabric.Compared with the original fabric,the fabric treated by the same heat source can keep the same temperature for a longer time,so the fabric treated by the phase change microcapsule has a better masking effect on the infrared ray.
