摘  要:《卫生法律法规》课程是以医疗行为所涉及的法律法规和法律问题为对象,进行分析和解决问题的一门实用性法律知识普及课程,是高职医学院校医学生必修的专业基础课程之一。为解决当前该课程在培养高职医学生法律素养方面存在的问题,不断创新教学方式方法,提高教学质量。就卫生法规混合式教学的内涵以及原则做一简要介绍,分析了当前该课程教学中存在的问题,并以国家卫生健康委员会“十三五”规划高职卫生类教材《卫生法律法规》为例,结合新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》和自身教学经验,对混合式教学方法在该课程教学中的应用提出了一些建议,以期为培养医学生法律素养寻找良策。The course of Health Laws and Regulations is a practical legal knowledge popularization course aimed at analyzing and solving problems related to medical behaviors.It is one of the compulsory professional basic courses for medical students in higher vocational medical colleges.In order to solve the problems existing in the current course in cultivating higher vocational medical students'legal literacy,we should constantly innovate teaching methods and improve teaching quality.The author made a brief introduction to the connotation and principles of the Blended Learning of course of Health Laws and Regulations,analyzed the problems existing in the current teaching of the course,and took the course of the Health Laws and Regulations for higher vocational health teaching materials planned by the National Health Commission in the 13th five year plan as an example,combined with the newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China and his own teaching experience,put forward some suggestions on the application of the Blended Learning in the teaching of the course,in order to find a good way to cultivate medical students'legal literacy.
