摘  要:我国铁路简支梁桥以等跨布置的32 m预应力混凝土梁结构为主。为研究混凝土缺陷对结构受力性能的影响,对一片有施工缺陷的32 m混凝土简支梁进行了静载试验,分析了桥梁跨中下缘混凝土不密实及裂缝对梁体受力性能的影响。结果表明:当混凝土梁跨中下缘不密实时,不密实区混凝土的弹性模量和抗拉强度均会降低,导致梁体的预应力度、竖向抗弯刚度和抗裂性能降低。当预制混凝土梁跨中下缘出现不密实情形时,应通过静载试验来检验其刚度和抗裂性能是否满足规范和设计要求,评定合格后方可架设。The dominant railway simply supported girder bridge in China is 32 m prestressed concrete girder structures with equal span arrangement.In order to study the influence of concrete defects on the mechanical properties of the structure,static load test was conducted on a 32 m concrete simply supported girder with construction defects to study the effects of uncompacted concrete and cracks at the bottom of the midspan on the mechanical properties of the girder.The results show that when the bottom of the mid-span of the concrete girder is not dense,the elastic modulus and tensile strength of the concrete in the non-dense region will decrease,resulting in a decrease in the prestress,vertical flexural stiffness and crack resistance of the girder.Thus,when the bottom of the mid-span of the precast concrete girder is not dense,the static load test should be used to test whether the stiffness and crack resistance meet the requirements of the code and the design,and the assessment shall be qualified before the erection.
