摘 要:职称评审制度是科学评价、用好用活人才的指挥棒,是激发人才创新活力的重要杠杆。然而,现行的职称评审制度不能适应新形势下医学发展的需要,本文通过分析现行的公立医院职称评审制度中存在的问题,提出通过评审权限下放、杜绝学术造假、完善医务人员评价体系、实行职称与岗位要求匹配等建议,为职称评审制度改革提供参考。The professional title evaluation system is not only the baton of scientific evaluation and effective use of talents,but also an important lever to stimulate the vitality of talents'innovation.However,the current professional title evaluation system can't meet the needs of medical development under the new context.By analyzing the problems existing in the current professional title evaluation system of public hospitals,this paper put forward suggestions such as delegating evaluation authority,eliminating academic fraud,improving the evaluation system of medical personnel,and implementing the matching of professional title and position requirements,so as to provide reference for the reform of professional title evaluation system.
