摘  要:建立藏药达斯玛保丸的HPLC指纹图谱,并运用化学模式识别方法,为其质量评价提供依据。采用HPLC法,利用CA、PCA和PLS-DA进行评价。对没食子酸、木香烃内酯的含量进行测定,以Cosmosil 5C18-MS-II为色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇–0.04%甲酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长225 nm。结果表明12批达斯玛保丸共标定出21个共有峰,相似度均大于0.98。12批样品可分为3类,通过PLS-DA筛选出10个标志性化合物,其中指认出没食子酸(峰1)、木香烃内酯(峰18)。实际样品测试结果为没食子酸和木香烃内酯的含量范围为6.11~7.87 mg/g,0.42~0.57 mg/g。该方法可稳定、有效地用于藏药达斯玛保丸的质量评价。Establishing the HPLC fingerprint of Tibetan medicine Dasimabao pills,and using chemical pattern recognition method,to provide basis for its quality evaluation.HPLC was used for evaluation by CA,PCA and PLS-DA.The contents of gallic acid and costunolide were determined on Cosmosil 5C18-MS-Ⅱ(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The gradient elution with methanol and 0.04%formic acid aqueous solution was carried out.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 225 nm.A total of 21 common peaks were identified in 12 batches of Dasimabao pills,and the similarity was greater than 0.98.The 12 batches of samples were divided into three categories,and 10 marker compounds were screened by PLS-DA,including gallic acid(peak 1)and costunolide(peak 18).The contents of gallic acid and costunolide ranged from 6.11 mg/g to 7.87 mg/g and from 0.42 mg/g to 0.57 mg/g.The method can be stably and effectively used for the quality evaluation of Tibetan medicine Dasimabao pills.
