摘 要:目的建立具有牙周膜动度的人工牙颌模型,同时在模型表面进行网格划分,可以用于体外测量正畸加载过程中标志点所产生的应变和位移以及人工牙受到的矫治力。方法测量模拟材料的弹性模量,搭建具有牙周膜动度的口腔模型,粘接金属托槽,通过喷砂技术在模型表面进行网格划分。结果建立了具有牙周膜动度的人工牙颌模型,该模型可以用于直接测量矫治力,也可以通过光学测量进行应变和位移的间接测量。结论所建立的模型为测量矫治过程中牙齿的位移和应变提供了可靠的方法。Objective To establish an artificial dental model with periodontal ligament.Methods The elastic modulus of the simulated material was measured,the artificial dental model with periodontal ligament was established,and the metal brackets were bonded.A low stiffness speckle pattern was applied to the surface of the model with air brushing technique.Results An artificial dental model with periodontal ligament was established.The model could be used to measure the orthodontic force directly or indirectly.Conclusions The established model provides a reliable method for measuring tooth displacement and strain during orthodontic treatment.
