北京油鸡新城疫抗体消长规律及免疫基准线的建立

摘　　要：试验旨在建立北京油鸡保种场的新城疫抗体基准线,对不同日龄(0、21、42、84、105、147、168、252、315日龄)的北京油鸡采集血清样品,采用血凝抑制试验进行鸡新城疫抗体检测,测定抗体消长规律,确定免疫基准线。结果显示:0日龄时雏鸡受母源抗体影响,新城疫抗体滴度在8.8~9.0 Log2;21日龄时母源抗体基本消退,降至3.5~3.8 Log2,抗体合格率为48.3%;42日龄抗体缓慢上升,达到6.8 Log2,抗体合格率为100.0%;84日龄达到9.7 Log2,105日龄达到高峰10.2 Log2;147~315日龄鸡群抗体维持在较高水平,均在8.0 Log2以上。根据上述数据得出,北京油鸡新城疫抗体基准线为0日龄在7.8~10 Log2,21日龄在2.0~5.4 Log2,42日龄在4.9~8.3 Log2,84日龄在7.7~12.0 Log2,105日龄在9.0~11.1 Log2,147日龄在8.6~11.0 Log2,168日龄在8.3~11.1 Log2,252日龄在5.4~10.3 Log2,315日龄在7.1~11.4 Log2。研究表明,建立新城疫抗体基准线可有效评估疫苗免疫效果,及时调整免疫程序,保证鸡群健康。The aim of the experiment was to establish the datum line of Newcastle disease antibody of Beijing You chicken breeding farm.Serum samples were collected from Beijing You chicken at different days of age(0,21,42,84,105,147,168,252 and 315 days of age),and hemagglutination inhibition test was used to detect the antibodies to Newcastle disease.The law of antibody growth and fall was determined to determine the datum line of immunity.The results showed as follows at 0 days of age,the chicks were affected by the maternal antibody,and the antibody titers of Newcastle disease were 8.8~9.0 Log2.At 21 days of age,the maternal antibody basically subsided to 3.5~3.8 Log2,and the qualified rate of antibody was 48.3%.At 42 days of age,the antibody increased slowly and reached 6.8 Log2,and the qualified rate of antibody was 100.0%.It reached 9.7 Log2 at 84 days of age and 10.2 Log2 at 105 days of age.The antibody level of chickens at 147 to 315 days of age remained high,above 8.0 Log2.According to the above data,the baseline antibody of Beijing You chicken was 7.8~10.0 Log2 at 0 days of age,2.0~5.4 Log2 at 21 days of age,4.9~8.3 Log2 at 42 days of age,7.7~12.0 Log2 at 84 days of age,9.0~11.1 Log2 at 105 days of age.The range of 147 days of age was 8.6 to 11.0 Log2,168 days of age was 8.3 to 11.1 Log2,252 days of age was 5.4 to 10.3 Log2,and 315 days of age was 7.1 to 11.4 Log2.the study indicates that the establishment of Newcastle disease antibody baseline can effectively evaluate the immunization effect of vaccine,timely adjust the immunization program,and ensure the health of chickens.
