摘 要:目的应用CiteSpace文献计量学方法对近10年发表的年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)发病机制的相关文献进行分析,全面了解其研究现状、发展趋势,探索研究热点及研究方向。方法检索WOS核心合集及中国知网、万方、维普数据库2003年—2022年发表的相关文献,然后用CiteSpace可视化软件对发文量、国家、机构、期刊、被引参考文献、关键词进行分析。结果(1)一般资料:WOS数据库共纳入文献1,047篇,国内三大数据库共纳入文献126篇,其中发文量最多的国家是美国,发文量最多的机构是中山大学,发文量最多的作者是KAARNIRANTA K,处于核心地位的期刊是INVEST OPHTH VIS SCI,WONG WL(2014)是被引最多的参考文献。(2)关键词分析:WOS数据库关键词频次排名前5的是基因表达、氧化应激、视网膜色素上皮(RPE)、脉络膜新生血管、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),国内三大数据库关键词频次排名前5的是氧化应激、自噬、炎症、衰老、细胞因子。结论AMD的发病机制研究主要围绕新生血管生成、氧化应激、干细胞移植、遗传基因、补体炎症展开,VEGF是最重要的研究热点及前沿,此课题近10年几乎处于完善扩展延伸阶段,未出现新的突破性进展。OBJECTIVE To apply CiteSpace bibliometrics methods to analyze relevant literature on the pathogenesis of age-related macular degeneration(AMD)published in the past ten years,comprehensively understand its research status,development trends,explore research hotspots and directions.METHODS Relevant literature published from 2003 to 2022 was retrieved from the WOS Core Collection,as well as from the Chinese databases CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP.CiteSpace software was then used to analyze publication output,countries,institutions,journals,cited references,and keywords.RESULTS(1)General information:A total of 1,047 papers were included in the WOS database,and 126 papers were included in the three major domestic databases.The country with the most publications was the United States,the institution with the most publications was Sun Yat-sen University,the author with the most publications was KAARNIRANTA K,and the journal in the core position was INVEST OPHTH VIS SCI.The most cited reference was WONG WL(2014).(2)Keyword analysis:The top five keywords in the WOS database were gene expression,oxidative stress,retinal pigment epithelium(RPE),choroidal neovascularization,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).The top five keywords in the three major domestic databases were oxidative stress,autophagy,inflammation,aging,and cytokines.CONCLUSIONS The pathogenesis of AMD mainly revolves around neovascularization,oxidative stress,stem cell transplantation,genetic genes,and complement inflammation.VEGF is the most important research hotspot and frontier.This topic has been in a stage of improvement,expansion,and extension in the past 10 years,with no new breakthrough progress.
