青蒿琥酯治疗葡萄膜炎作用机制的研究进展

摘　　要：葡萄膜炎是一种免疫相关性炎症性疾病,炎症是其显著标志。青蒿琥酯具有抗炎和免疫抑制作用,在系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎等疾病中起治疗作用。本文对青蒿琥酯治疗葡萄膜炎的可能机制以及在眼科疾病中的应用前景进行综述,发现青蒿琥酯可能在眼科疾病尤其是葡萄膜炎疾病中具有治疗潜力,以期为青蒿琥酯在葡萄膜炎中的研究提供新思路,拓宽青蒿琥酯的临床应用。Uveitis is a chronic inflammatory disease with inflammation as its prominent fea⁃ture.Artemisinin has anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects and has been used to treat systemic lupus erythematosus,rheumatoid arthritis,and other diseases.This article reviews the pos⁃sible mechanisms of artemisinin in the treatment of uveitis and its prospects in ophthalmic dis⁃eases.It was found that artemisinin may have therapeutic potential in ophthalmic diseases,espe⁃cially in uveitis,providing new ideas for the study of artemisinin in uveitis and expanding its clini⁃cal application.
