企业社会创业的跨部门联盟匹配与价值创造——基于模糊集定性比较分析方法

摘　　要：以我国实施精准扶贫及全面推进乡村振兴背景下16个典型企业社会创业项目为研究对象,通过模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法对企业社会创业的跨部门联盟匹配因素及其组成维度的价值创造机制和路径进行了比较分析。研究结果显示:企业社会创业的跨部门联盟匹配主要体现为有形资源匹配主导型、组织文化匹配主导型、运营管理匹配主导型以及文化管理匹配均衡型等四类高价值创造路径;跨部门联盟的组织文化匹配是引致企业社会创业高经济价值创造的必要条件,运营管理匹配是引致企业社会创业高社会价值创造的必要条件,而文化匹配、无形资源匹配以及运营管理匹配同时有助于双重价值的创造。Taking 16 typical enterprise social entrepreneurship projects under the background of targeted poverty alleviation in China as the research object,this paper uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparison analysis(fsQCA)method to compare and analyze the cross-sector alliance matching factors of enterprise social entrepreneurship and the mechanism and path of value creation in its component dimension.The results show that there are four types of high-value creation paths for cross-sector alliance matching of social entrepreneurship,namely,the dominant type of physical resource matching,the dominant type of organizational culture matching,the dominant type of operation management matching and the balanced type of cultural management matching.The organizational culture matching of cross-sector alliance is the necessary condition for creating high economic values of enterprise social entrepreneurship,and the operation management matching is the necessary condition for creating high social values of enterprise social entrepreneurship.The cultural matching,intangible resource matching and operation management matching are also conducive to creating double values.
