摘　　要：中山市是我国较早开始人群肿瘤登记的地区,1970年建立了三级恶性肿瘤防治网,并开始了鼻咽癌的登记报告工作,不久便扩展到全肿瘤登记,至今取得了许多成绩,在国内外具有一定影响力。全文系统回顾与总结了广东省中山市肿瘤登记54年的发展历程、现况、特点、成就和不足,并对今后的发展进行了思考与展望。The cancer registration system in Zhongshan City started in 1970,which was one of the earliest in China,initiating from nasopharyngeal cancer,soon extending to all types of malignant tumors,and great accomplishments have been made since then.This article reviews and summarizes the history,current status,characteristics,achievements of cancer registration in Zhongshan for last 54 years,and also discusses the existing problems and countermeasures for the future development.
