摘　　要：随着恶性肿瘤发病率及死亡率的持续上升,如何推进肿瘤规范化诊疗管理已成为医疗机构亟待解决的问题。针对在肿瘤规范化诊疗管理实践中普遍存在的问题,医院通过构建院、科两级管理体系、制定院内肿瘤诊疗管理制度、优化肿瘤诊疗模式、探索质控督查模式等多项措施,探索综合医院肿瘤规范化诊疗管理体系的建设,旨在真正落实、推进肿瘤规范化管理工作,切实提高肿瘤诊疗质量。With the increasing of incidence and mortality of malignant tumors,it is of great importance to standardize diagnosis and treatment for cancer patients in general hospitals.To address this common issue,Ruijin Hospital started to establish standardized management system for diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients by the end of 2020.A hospital-department two-level system has been formed to manage the service for cancer patients and the diagnosis and treatment procedures have been optimized and the quality control supervision model and other measures are explored to improve the quality of medical services for cancer patients in the hospital.
