摘　　要：流行病学研究证据表明糖尿病患者发生恶性肿瘤的风险较高,而糖尿病相关药物治疗与其发生恶性肿瘤之间的关系也受到越来越广泛的关注。我国消化系统恶性肿瘤的发病率居高不下,一直以来都是影响人群健康的重要公共卫生问题之一。全文系统检索和整理了针对糖尿病患者在治疗过程中常用的口服降糖药与其消化系统常见恶性肿瘤发生风险的国内外文献,并就相关流行病学进展进行归纳和综述,以期为将来糖尿病与消化系统恶性肿瘤的关系研究提供参考依据。Epidemiological evidence has shown that diabetic patients have a higher risk of cancer,and many studies are focusing on the relationship between the medication for diabetes treatment and cancer risk recently.Digestive system cancers are most common malignant tumors in China with high incidence and mortality.This article reviews the progress on the relationship between the commonly used oral hypoglycemic agents and the risk of digestive system cancers based on the recent literature,to provide a reference for further investigation.
