摘  要:目的探讨教学案例库建设在整形外科专业学位研究生临床教学中的价值。方法根据云南省专业学位研究生教学案例库建设课题规定,按照整形外科住院医师规范化培训教学大纲要求,筛选23个典型病案建立了教学案例库,用于整形外科专业学位研究生的教学。将2020年6月—2022年2月在昆明医科大学第一附属医院整形外科培训的27名专业学位研究生学生随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组在教学中以教学案例库为核心结合基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)和基于任务的学习(task-based learning,TBL)教学法进行教学,试验组14名。对照组的教学不使用病案库,对照组13名。课后考核包括基本理论考核、临床病例分析考核和英文考核。结果试验组和对照组临床病例分析考核成绩分别为(76.30±4.32)分和(65.45±4.03)分。试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在整形外科专业学位研究生的临床教学中,教学案例库的应用提高了学生的学习的效果和解决临床问题的能力。Objective To establish a teaching case pool and evaluate the effects of application of the pool in training plastic graduate students for professional degrees.Methods A total of 23 teaching cases were chosen to comprise of the teaching case pool based on the teaching guideline for training plastic residents and the subject of building teaching case pool for Yunnan graduate students.A total of 27 graduate students in the fostering and training base of plastic residents in the department of plastic surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were randomly enrolled into experimental and control groups from June 2020 to February 2022.Teaching case pools were fulfilled as cores of lectures for 14 residents in testing group,the teaching case pool was not used for teaching in the control group,and there were 13 cases in the control group.The principles of problem-based learning(PBL)and task-based learning(TBL)were administered through teaching.Quizzes after lecture included the basic principles,case analysis,and specialized English performed.Results Scores of case analysis were(76.30±4.32)points and(65.45±4.03)points respectively among residents in quizzes after lecture.Resident in the testing group obtained higher scores than those in control in quizzes.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching case pool is helpful for students to improve apprehensions of lectures and to enhance capabilities of problem-solving.
