摘  要:急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)是心内科常见的危急重症,在冠心病临床教学中也是难点和重点部分,但以往的教学手段单一,效果也是差强人意。为了提高急性心肌梗死临床教学的质量,对切实有效的教学模式进行探索并优化很有必要。研究进行了联合了翻转课堂、以病例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)等多种教学方法的改革。通过教学改革,使学生对急性心肌梗死的认识及临床表现、治疗措施理解更加直观形象,增加了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生解决实际问题的临床综合能力,有效提升了教学效率及教学质量。Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a common critical and severe disease in cardiology department,which is the difficulty and key point in clinical teaching of coronary heart disease.However,the traditional teaching method is single and the teaching effect is not satisfactory.In order to improve the quality of acute myocardial infarction clinical teaching,it is necessary to explore and optimize the effective teaching model.In the process of clinical teaching of acute myocardial infarction,this study combined the reform of multiple teaching methods,including flipped classroom,case-based learning(CBL)and rain classroom,to improve student assessment and teacher training methods.Through the teaching reform,the students'understanding of acute myocardial infarction,clinical manifestations and therapeutic measures are more intuitive and vivid,which increases students'interest in learning,improves their comprehensive clinical ability to solve practical problems,and effectively enhances the teaching efficiency and quality.
