摘 要:目的探索迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)对全科住培学员在妇产科临床实践过程教学及出科效果的考核。方法选择2018年6月—2019年6月在西安医学院第一附属医院住培的2015级西安医学院全科临床专业毕业的80名学员为研究对象,随机分为试验组40名和对照组40名,试验组依据Mini-CEX方案每周评估学员进行临床能力形成性评价考核,对照组依据传统的教学方法进行带教评估。每轮实习教学结束后,两组学员统一进行临床综合能力出科考核,并进行教学满意度调查,比较两组实习学员的教学效果。结果试验组学员的出科考核各项成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实施Mini-CEX教学组的满意度明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Mini-CEX是评价学员临床能力并具有教学功能的评价工具,能有效提高全科住培学员的临床技能和综合素质。Objective To explore the effect of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)on the clinical practice teaching and out-of-hospital assessment of the resident trainees of general practice in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 80 graduates majoring in general practice and clinical practice of Xi'an Medical College of Class 2015 who were trained in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The experimental group was assessed weekly according to the Mini-CEX protocol and the formative assessment of clinical ability was conducted.The control group was assessed guided by the traditional teaching method.At the end of each round of practice teaching,the two groups of trainees were assessed for their clinical comprehensive ability,and the teaching satisfaction was investigated to compare the teaching effect of the two groups of trainees.Results Trainees in the experimental group received higher grades in the examination than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the mini-CEX teaching group was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-CEX is an evaluation tool with teaching function to evaluate the clinical ability of trainees,which can effectively improve their clinical skills and comprehensive quality.
