摘 要:目的研究CT三维重建技术及3D打印模型在骨科教学中应用效果。方法随机选取2022年3—9月河北大学临床医学专业本科生40名进行调查,对此40名临床医学专业本科生的外科学骨科课程采用CT三维重建技术及3D打印模型辅助教学,结课后统计考试成绩及教学满意度。随机选择采用传统教学方式的河北大学本科生40名,将传统教学组的考试成绩及骨科教学满意度作为传统教学组。对两组学生的考试成绩及教学满意度进行分析。结果3D打印组学生的考试成绩为(86.90±4.52)分,教学满意度评分为(47.27±2.21)分。传统教学组学生的考试成绩为(82.27±3.66)分,教学满意度评分为(43.65±3.23)分。3D打印组学生的考试成绩及教学满意度均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT三维重建技术及3D打印模型辅助教学可以有效地提高学生成绩,提升教学满意度,改善教学质量。Objective To study the application effect of CT 3D reconstruction technology and 3D printed model in orthopedics teaching.Methods A total of 40 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in Hebei University from March to September 2022 were randomly selected and investigated.CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology and 3D printing model were used to assist teaching in the orthopedic surgery course of these 40 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine.The test scores and teaching satisfaction were counted after the conclusion.A total of 40 undergraduates of Hebei University who adopted the traditional teaching method were randomly selected and the examination results and orthopedic teaching satisfaction of the traditional teaching group were taken as the traditional teaching group.The test results and teaching satisfaction of two groups of students were analyzed.Result The test score of the 3D printing group was(86.90±4.52)points,and the teaching satisfaction score was(47.27±2.21)points.The test score of the traditional teaching group was(82.27±3.66)points,and the teaching satisfaction score was(43.65±3.23)points.The test scores and teaching satisfaction of students in the 3D printing group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT 3D reconstruction technology and 3D printing model-assisted teaching can effectively improve students'performance,enhance teaching satisfaction and improve teaching quality.
