摘 要:临床实践教学是临床医学教育中最为重要的环节,当前的临床带教中依旧存在很多问题需要进行解决与完善。因此选用符合我国临床带教实际的教学模式是目前临床中最为重要的课题与研究方向。BOPPPS教学是目前临床中一种较为新型的教学模式,该模式包括六个教学环节,即导言(Bridge-in)、目标(Outcome)、前测(Pre-test)、参与式学习(Participation)、后测(Post-test)和总结(Summary),目前在多学科中已经开展,但是在儿科中尚未有研究进行深入探究。BOPPPS教学的核心思想是围绕教学目标进行教学确保教学成功的模式。实践性强、学生可操作性强为该模式最为主要的特色与教学中心点。其可充分调动学生的主动性,同时可确保教学成果。儿科教学具有复杂性,因此采用该模式可有效扩展学生的医学理论知识与临床思维。文章将就BOPPPS模式在儿科疾病教学中的应用效果进行综述。Clinical practice teaching is the most important link in clinical medical education.There are still many problems in clinical teaching that need to be solved and improved.Therefore,it is the most important topic and research direction to choose the teaching mode which conforms to the practice of clinical teaching.BOPPPS teaching is a relatively new teaching model in clinical practice,which includes 6 teaching links.Namely,Bridge-in,Outcome,Pre-test,Participation,Post-test and Summary,they have been developed in many disciplines,but have not been studied deeply in pediatrics.The core idea of BOPPPS teaching is the mode of teaching to ensure the success of teaching by centering on teaching objectives.Strong practice and strong operability are the main features and teaching centers of this model.It can fully mobilize the subjectivity of the students and ensure the teaching results.Pediatric teaching is complicated,because the children it faces have a variety of uncertain factors,so the use of the model can effectively exercise the medical theory of teaching students and clinical thinking.This paper reviews the effect of BOPPPS teaching in pediatric disease teaching and students'recognition of teaching.
