单侧唇裂术后二期修复的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形二期修复的临床效果。方法自2020年1月至2023年1月,中国医科大学附属第一医院整形外科收治18例单侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形二期修复患者。主要修复方法:⑴瘢痕与红白唇修复;⑵肌肉张力的重置;⑶鼻端综合整形;⑷梨状缘轮廓修复。结果18例患者术后均一期愈合,外形均得到明显改善。所有患者术后获随访3~36个月,鼻唇形态自然,效果满意。结论自体组织的功能性复位,配合自体或人工材料的移植,综合性修复单侧唇裂术后鼻唇畸形,可获得良好的术后效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of secondary repair of nasolabial deformity after unilateral cleft lip.Methods From January 2020 to January 2023,our department admitted 18 patients with nasolabial deformities after unilateral cleft lip surgery who underwent secondary repair.The main surgical methods:(1)Scar and red and white lip repair.(2)Muscle tension reset.(3)Nasal end comprehensive reconstruction.(4)Piriform border contour repair.Results All patients were significantly improved after operation,and were followed up for 3-36 months with satisfactory results.Conclusion Functional reduction of autologous tissue combined with transplantation of autologous or artificial materials can achieve good results in the comprehensive repair of nasolabial deformity after unilateral cleft lip operation.
