普通话标准音的回顾、解析与展望

摘　　要：普通话是汉语共同语、现代汉语标准语和国家通用语言。普通话标准音“北京语音”历经了清末“国语”标准音“宜以京音为主”的提出,民国“国语”标准音“北平音系”的确立,到新中国“普通话”“北京语音”规范标准确定与法定推广普及。“北京语音”实指“北京音系”的内涵,正确阐明了标准语和地域方言、标准音与北京音的关系。普通话传播方式的改变,带来标准音基础人群的改变,催生出标准音新的基础人群,淡化了“北京语音”的地域色彩,消减了北京“标准地方”的示范效应。未来,普通话“以北京语音为标准音”,或许只起标明标准音性质和来源作用,在实际的语言生活中,人们可能会“以普通话一级甲等语音为标准音”,甚至以“完全标准”的普通话机器人语音为标准音。Mandarin is the common language of Chinese,the standard language of modern Chinese and the national language.The standard pronunciation of Beijing Mandarin has gone through the process of the standard pronunciation of the late Qing Dynasty,the“Beijing pronunciation”of the Republic of China,and the standard pronunciation of the People’s Republic of China.The term“Beijing pronunciation”refers to the connotation of the“Beijing phonetic system”,which correctly clarifies the relationship between the standard language and the regional dialect,and between the standard language and Beijing pronunciation.The change in the mode of transmission of mandarin has brought about a change in the base population of the standard pronunciation,giving rise to a new base population of the standard pronunciation,diluting the regional coloring of the“Beijing pronunciation”and diminishing the demonstration effect of the“standard local”in Beijing.In the future,the“Beijing pronunciation”may only serve to indicate the nature and origin of the standard phonetics.But in actual life,people may use the“Mandarin Class A”as the standard pronunciation,or even take the fully standard mandarin machine pronunciation as the standard sound.
