摘 要:转盘轴承作为掘进机的重要部件,其连接可靠性直接影响设备整体性能及施工效率。通过对掘进机转盘轴承螺栓断裂状态及裂纹变化趋势的分析认为螺栓松动而无法为被连接件提供有效的预紧力,在掘进机截割过程产生的交变作用力下发生疲劳断裂是螺栓断裂的原因。采用试验的方式,分别从螺栓应变、螺栓预紧力矩以及拧紧工艺等方面对转盘轴承螺栓的拧紧过程进行详细的分析,并根据故障原因给出了提高拧紧力矩,实行快速拧紧和采用施必牢螺纹的解决方案,彻底解决了转盘轴承螺栓断裂问题。As one of the most important components in roadheader,the connection reliability of slewing bearings directly affects the overall performance of equipment and construction efficiency.Based on analysis of fracture state and crack change trend of bolts for the bearings,the cause of fracture of bolts are:bolts being loose,the effective preload unable to provide for connected parts,and the fatigue fracture occurring under alternating force generated during cutting process by roadheader.The tightening process for bolts of the bearings is analyzed in detail from the aspects of bolt strain,bolt tightening torque and tightening technology by tests.According to fault cause,the solutions are given such as increasing the tightening torque,implementing the fast tightening and using the Spiro thread,and the fracture problem of bolts is solved completely.
