摘 要:介绍了一种基于网格片层体积无损测量的反求工程方法和测量原理,建立并研究了该测量方法的数学模型及其求解算法。提出了一种用于解决大规模稀疏方程问题的改进离散二进制粒子群算法(BPSO),构建了基于虚拟网格单元的多方向片层体积的大规模稀疏方程模型,构造了优化目标函数,设计了基于改进BPSO算法的智能求解算法和基于网格片层体积测量的模型求解系统。通过实验验证分析,表明了改进离散粒子群算法对基于网格片层体积无损测量求解模型有效可行,改进算法具有良好的寻优性能。This paper introduces a reverse engineering method and measurement principle based on the nondestructive measurement of grid slice volume,and establishes and studies the mathematical model of the measurement method and its solution algorithm.An improved discrete binary particle swarm optimization(BPSO)is proposed to solve the large-scale sparse equation problems.A large-scale sparse equation model based on the multi-directional slice volume of the virtual grid cell is constructed.The optimization objective function is constructed.The intelligent solution algorithm of sparse equation model based on the improved BPSO algorithm and the model solution system based on the measurement of the slice volume of the mesh are designed.Through the experimental verification and analysis,it shows that the improved discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is effective and feasible to solve the model based on the mesh slice volume nondestructive measurement,and the improved algorithm has good optimization performance.
