摘 要:了解某铁路辖区餐饮具消毒效果,为进一步做好铁路疾病防控工作提供依据。收集2018—2022年某铁路餐饮单位监测样品2 389件进行统计分析。结果显示,餐饮具的消毒效果监测合格率呈逐年上升趋势,总体情况良好。不同季节中以四季度餐饮具合格率最高(96.81%),不同机构以铁路招待所、幼儿园餐饮具合格率最高(100%),不同类别中盘子的监测合格率最高(94.71%);车站、食堂餐饮具消毒状况有待改善,二季度监测合格率偏低应引起关注。进而提出进一步强化人员工作责任心和食品安全意识、优化铁路餐饮单位餐饮具消毒管理制度、增加监测监督频次等改进建议。To understand the disinfection effect of tableware and drinking utensils in a railway area,and to provide basis for further disease prevention and control work in railway.A total of 2389 monitoring samples of railway catering units from 2018 to 2022 were collected for statistical analysis.The results showed that the qualified rate of disinfection effect monitoring of tableware and drinking utensils increased year by year,and the overall situation was good.In different seasons,the qualified rate of tableware and drinking utensils in the fourth quarter was the highest(96.81%),the qualified rate of tableware and drinking utensils in railways,guest houses and kindergartens in different institutions was the highest(100%),and the monitoring qualified rate of different types of plates was the highest(94.71%).The disinfection status of tableware and drinking utensils in stations and canteens needs to be improved,and the low qualified rate of monitoring in the second quarter should be concerned.Then,it puts forward some improvement suggestions,such as further strengthening staff's sense of responsibility and food safety awareness,optimizing tableware and drinking utensils disinfection management system in railway catering units,and increasing monitoring frequency.
