摘　　要：本文结合《人工影响天气技术与管理》精品网络课程建设,系统论述了课程建设思路、教学设计、技术方案、建设体会和成效等。与传统网络课程相比,成功建设一门精品网络课程需更加生动的教学内容讲授与表达,需要更加精准的教学设计与策划,只有专业化的项目策划团队、优秀的内容专家团队和实力雄厚的数字资源制作团队密切协作,才能制作出更优质学习资源。This paper combines the construction of the high-quality network course"Weather Modification Technology and Management",it systematically discusses the course construction ideas,teaching design,technical solutions,construction experience and results,etc.Compared with traditional online courses,the successful construction of a high-quality online course requires more vivid teaching and expression of teaching content,need more precise teaching design and planning,only a professional project planning team,an excellent content expert team and a strong digital resource production team work closely together to produce better learning resources.
