摘  要:“大学生创新创业训练计划”旨在推进高校本科教学质量改革,增强学生的创新实践能力。以生物信息实验教学为例,将大创项目——张氏江篱microRNA及其靶基因的预测与特征分析成果融入实验教学过程,运用统筹和逻辑法构建特色生命科学实验教学体系。教学实践表明,该教学改革方式不仅实现了教学与科研的有机融合,促进实验教学模式的革新,而且培养了学生自主学习和科学探索能力,切实提高了人才培养和实验教学质量。“Innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students”aims to promote the reform of undergraduate teaching and enhance students’innovative and practical ability.In this study,taking the experimental teaching of biological information as an example,identification and characteristic analysis of microRNAs in Gracilaria changli and their target genes,an achievement of innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students,was integrated into the experimental teaching process.The unique life science experiment teaching reform system was constructed by using the overall planning and logical methods.The teaching practice shows this teaching reform method not only realizes the effective integration between teaching and scientific researching,promotes the innovation of experimental teaching mode,but also cultivates the abilities of students’autonomous learning and scientific exploration.Furthermore,this teaching reform method also effectively improves the quality of talent training and experimental teaching.
