摘　　要：云计算作为数字经济的基础设施,为企业发展提供新动能。如何对云资源进行合理、高效的管理,作为企业运用云计算的核心问题之一逐渐得到重视。在对云资源类型、发展阶段等分析的基础上,从客户视角对云资源管理问题进行综述。通过对目前企业运营管理中云资源管理问题的研究进行梳理和总结,探讨了客户视角下的云资源预测、云资源弹性调度、云资源定价、云资源选择和云资源采购的问题,并进一步结合相关研究进展,提出了云资源管理未来的研究方向及发展趋势,以期为未来云资源管理研究提供有益参考。As the infrastructure of digital economy,cloud computing provides the new momentum for enterprises development.How to manage cloud resources reasonably and efficiently has been paid more and more attention as one of the core issues for enterprises to use cloud computing.Based on the analysis of cloud resource types and development stages,cloud resource management issues are reviewed from the perspective of customers.Through combing and summarizing the current research on cloud resource management based on enterprise operation management,this paper discusses the problems of cloud resource prediction,cloud resource elastic scheduling,cloud resource pricing,cloud resource selection and cloud resource procurement from the perspective of customers,and further puts forward the future research direction and development trend of cloud resource management in combination with relevant research progress,in order to provide useful reference for future research on cloud resource management development.
