摘  要:高校信息化粗放发展是中国式教育现代化的致命短板,高等教育信息化建设成为了提升“双一流”建设高校水平和保障高校人才培养质量中最“无序”的部分。在精准供给视角下,高校信息化精准建设应指向4个方面的价值,即学习环境、教学模式、教育服务、教育治理4个维度。研究发现高校信息化建设存在的主要问题是:理念与思维定位失准、能力与素养供给失准、资源与制度配置失准、治理与评价管理失准。实现高校信息化精准建设,应从聚焦互联思维、增强技教融合、打破信息孤岛和坚持治评融合4个方面开展路径优化,以期实现高校信息化建设精准供给,为高校高质量发展提质增效。The rough development of informatization in universities is a fatal shortcoming of Chinese educational modernization,and the construction of higher educational informatization has become the most"out-of-order"part in improving the level of"Double First-Class"universities and ensuring the quality of talent training.From the perspective of precise supply,the precise construction of informatization in universities should point to the values from four aspects,namely learning environment,teaching mode,education service and education governance.It is found that the major problems in the informatization construction in universities are the inaccurate positioning of concept and thinking,the inaccurate supply of ability and attainment,the inaccurate allocation of resources and systems,and the inaccurate management of governance and evaluation.To achieve precise informatization construction in universities,the path optimization should be done from four aspects:focusing on interconnected thinking,strengthening the integration of technology and education,breaking the information island and insisting on the integration of governance and evaluation,so as to accomplish the precise supply of informatization construction in universities and improve the quality and efficiency of high-quality development of universities.
