区域文化对企业高质量发展的影响效应

摘　　要：利用2009—2019年我国A股上市公司数据,实证考察区域文化对企业高质量发展的影响。研究发现:我国区域文化能够显著影响企业发展质量,区域文化中不确定性规避对企业高质量发展的影响显著为负;权力差距以及未来导向对企业高质量发展的影响均显著为正。探究区域文化的影响效应为投资者决策提供了增量信息,也为企业高质量发展的研究开拓了文化视角。Using the data of China's A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2019,this paper empirically examines the impact of regional culture on the high-quality development of enterprises.It is found that China's regional culture can significantly affect the quality of enterprise development.In the regional culture,the influence of uncertainty avoidance on the high-quality development of enterprises is significantly negative;The influence of power gap and future orientation on the high-quality development of enterprises is significantly positive.Exploring the influence effect of regional culture not only provides incremental information for investors'decision-making,but also opens up a cultural research perspective for the study of high-quality development of enterprises.
