摘　　要：[目的/意义]立足于跨学科科研合作研究现状和科学自身发展需求,探讨科研人员个体感知对跨学科科研合作意愿的影响及其作用机理,以期挖掘跨学科科研合作行为背后的深层次动机,为进一步推动科研人员跨学科科研合作提供理论和实证依据。[方法/过程]采用质性分析与组态分析相结合的方法。选取18位具有跨学科科研合作经验的科研人员作为访谈对象,通过NVivo12软件对访谈文本依次进行开放式、主轴和选择性编码,对影响科研人员跨学科科研合作的个体感知因素进行识别,并构建相应的理论模型。运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,基于349份问卷数据,分析个体感知因素的不同组合对科研人员跨学科科研合作意愿的路径影响。[结果/结论]影响科研人员跨学科科研合作意愿的个体感知因素有5个,分别为:成本感知、收益感知、情景感知、风险感知和难度感知;导致科研人员高跨学科科研合作意愿的组态路径有4条,导致科研人员低跨学科科研合作意愿的组态路径有1条;在各项个体感知因素中,“收益感知”和“情景感知”是影响科研人员跨学科科研合作意愿的关键因素,而“风险感知”对科研人员跨学科科研合作意愿的影响作用则相对较弱。[Purpose/significance]Based on the current situation of interdisciplinary research cooperation and the development needs of science itself,this paper discusses the impact of individual perception of researchers on interdisciplinary research cooperation willingness and its mechanism,with a view to mining the deep motivation behind interdisciplinary research cooperation behavior,and providing theoretical and empirical basis for further promoting interdisciplinary research cooperation of researchers.[Method/process]Qualitative analysis and configuration analysis are combined in this paper.18 researchers with experience in interdisciplinary scientific research cooperation are selected as the interview subjects,and the interview texts are sequentially coded by open coding,spindle coding and selective coding through NVivo12 software,so as to qualitatively identify the individual perception factors that affect the interdisciplinary research cooperation of scientific researchers,and build a corresponding theoretical model.Then,based on 349 questionnaires,the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method is used to empirically analyze the path impact of different combinations of individual perception factors on the interdisciplinary research cooperation willingness of researchers.[Result/conclusion]There are five factors affecting the willingness of researchers to cooperate in interdisciplinary research,which are cost perception,income perception,situation perception,risk perception and difficulty perception.There are 4 configuration paths leading to high interdisciplinary research cooperation intention of researchers,and 1 configuration path leading to low interdisciplinary research cooperation intention of researchers.Among the individual perception factors,“income perception”and“situation perception”are the key factors that affect the interdisciplinary research cooperation willingness of researchers,while“risk perception”has a relatively weak impact on the interdisciplinary research cooperation wi
