摘　　要：新时代地方高校思政课建设面临着一系列新挑战。根据世情、国情、党情和学情的变化,推进教学改革,积极探索构建思政课多维立体化教学体系,以教研室建设为抓手,提升教师教学供给能力,是新时代思政课教学体系建设的根本出路。The construction of ideological and political courses in local colleges and universities in the new era is facing a series of new challenges.In light of changes in the world,national conditions,Party and academic conditions,to promote the reform of teaching,actively explore the construction of ideological and political course multidimensional teaching system,with the construction of teaching and research office as the starting point,improve teachers'teaching supply ability,is the fundamental way out of the construction of ideological and political course teaching system in the new era.
