摘　　要：创新高校党建工作,能够为和谐校园建设提供政治与组织保障。因此,高校应全面认清和谐校园建设与党建工作创新的重要性,明确构建和谐校园的主要内容、基本目标及指导思想,通过坚持科学决策、民主管理、依法治校,实现党建工作创新推动和谐校园的建设和发展。分析了和谐校园建设与党建工作创新的重要性,阐述了和谐校园建设的基本内容,提出了创新党建工作推动和谐校园建设的策略。Innovating Party building work in universities can provide political and organizational support for the construction of harmonious campus.Therefore,universities should fully recognize the importance of harmonious campus construction and Party building innovation,clarify the main content,basic goals,and guiding ideology of harmonious campus construction,and promote the construction and development of harmonious campus through adhering to scientific decision-making,democratic management,and legal governance.The importance of harmonious campus construction and Party building innovation is analyzed,the basic content of harmonious campus construction was elaborated,and the strategies for innovating Party building to promote harmonious campus construction were proposed in this article.
