摘 要:为了解公共事业管理专业学生在新冠肺炎疫情期间在线学习投入的现状,探究满意度在自我效能与学习投入之间的中介作用,采用一般资料调查表、自我效能感量表和在线学习投入量表对177名公共事业管理专业学生进行问卷调查,通过中介模型检验满意度在自我效能感和学习投入关系间的中介作用。结果显示,自我效能和在线学习投入存在正相关,满意度在自我效能和在线学习投入间发挥部分中介作用。建议学校从设立合理的学习目标,提供良好的交互平台,注重过程评价,提高师生互动和学生小组讨论的效率等方式促进学生学习的自我效能、满意度来提高在线学习的投入程度。To understand the current status of online learning engagement among students majoring in Public Affairs Administration and to investigate the mediating role of satisfaction in the relationship between self-efficacy and learning engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic.A questionnaire survey was conducted by adopting the General Information Questionnaire,the Self-Efficacy Scale and the Online Learning Engagement Scale to examine the mediating role of satisfaction in the relationship between self-efficacy and learning engagement among 177 students majoring in Public Affairs Administration.It shows that there was a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and online learning engagement,and satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and online learning engagement.To promote students self-efficacy and satisfaction in learning,schools can improve online learning engagement through some ways like stressing the online teaching and improving the classroom teaching mechanism.
