果实成熟度及获取种子方式对草莓种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：以草莓品种‘红颜’‘香野’‘甜查理’为试材,研究草莓果实不同成熟度对其种子百粒重、种子始发芽时间、种子萌芽率的影响,并以萌芽率偏低的‘红颜’为试材,探究果实100%成熟时种子不同获取方式对种子始发芽时间、种子萌芽率的影响。试验结果表明,果实成熟度越高种子萌芽率高,发芽越早;不同获取种子方式的种子萌芽率,从高到低依次为网兜揉搓取种、削皮阴干取种、榨汁机取种。Taking 'Beinihoppe' 'Kaorino' 'Sweet Charlie'as test material.Study the effects of different maturity levels of strawberry fruits on their hundred-grain weight,seed germination time,and seed germination rate.Using 'Hongyan' with low germination rate as the test material,explore the impact of different seed acquisition methods on seed germination time and seed germination rate when the fruit is100% mature.The results showed that the higher the fruit maturity,the higher the seed germination rate,and the earlier the germination;The germination rate of seeds obtained by different methods,from high to low,is sequentially as follows:tuck net method,peeling and drying in the shade,juicer.
