摘  要:针对200系热轧卷出现批量边部新裂纹问题,采用扫描电镜对板坯及钢卷缺陷处形貌和成分进行分析。结果表明,此类200系边部裂纹缺陷是由AlN夹杂物引起。通过对其中N、Al元素的来源进行试验探索,最终确定了AlN的形成位置及工艺阶段,通过多次调整钢坯喷号机喷号位置,大量减少甚至消除了边部裂纹缺陷,使产品质量得到保障。Recently,in order to solve the problem of batch crimp crack in 200 series of hot rolled coils,the morphology and composition of defects in slab and steel coil were analyzed by SEM.The results show that the crimp crack defects of 200 series are caused by AlN inclusions,which can cause cracking of stainless steel.In order to improve such defects from the root,the source of N and Al elements was tested and explored,and the formation position and process stage of AlN were finally determined.The injection position of slab marking machine was adjusted many times,which greatly reduced or even completely eliminated the new defects,and the product quality was guaranteed.
