摘　　要：行业协会参与职业技能培训的现状为,行业协会已融入职业技能培训的各个领域,职业培训形成了典型培训模式,构建了协作治理体系.但也面临困境,即社会影响不足,内涵建设滞后,基础工作薄弱,保障力度不够,因此,要秉持创新理念,增强社会关注;要严格规范管理,提高工作效率;创新培训标准,提升培训质量;整合内外资源,助推鉴定工作.Whereas guilds have been integrated into industries with their vocational training,formed particular models and established collaborative governance mechanisms,there is a dilemma of insufficient social popularity and fragile foundation in addition to inefficient literacy and security.Therefore,countermeasures are put forward to uphold the concept of innovation in order to enhance social recognition,regulate management,improve efficiency,promote standards,integrate internal and external resources and drive the identification work.
