摘 要:以刚果(金)科卢韦齐矿区氧化铜精矿为原料,在1500℃下采用高钙渣型开展1 h焦炭还原熔炼实验。研究表明:从提高铜回收率的角度来看,钙硅化(CaO/SiO_(2))为0.55比较适宜,当CaO/SiO_(2)大于0.5时,铁的竞争性还原反应加剧,造成铜回收率与铜还原率差距加大。综合考虑,CaO/SiO_(2)配料比选择0.50~0.55。炉渣黏度受O/Si变化和AlO_(4)^(5-)补网作用的协同影响。With copper oxide concentrate from Kolwezi mining area in Congo(Kinshasa)as raw material,a 1-hour coke reduction smelting experiment was carried out with high calcium slag at 1500℃.The research shows that the CaO/SiO_(2) ratio of 0.55 is appropriate to improve copper recovery.When the CaO/SiO_(2) ratio is greater than 0.5,the competitive reduction reaction of iron intensifies,resulting in a larger gap between copper recovery and copper reduction.Based on comprehensive consideration,the CaO/SiO_(2) blending ratio is 0.50~0.55.Slag viscosity is affected by the change of O/Si ratio and AlO_(4)^(5)-Synergistic influence of network supplement.
