摘　　要：《大学》中的“七证”是一种重要的道德修养方法,与自我教育法在方法效能、理论内容、实践应用三个层面有诸多共通之处。一是方法效能层面的共通性,体现在二者都适用于“大学阶段”,注重“个体自主性”,以“人性本善”论为理论基础,是符合个体发展的长期性的科学德育方法;二是理论内容层面的共通性,体现在“知”即自我认识,“止”即自我选择,“定”即自我规划,“静”即自我适应,“安”即自我调整,“虑”即自我反思,“得”即自我实现与超越;三是实践应用层面的共通性,体现为目的一致、主体一致、路径一致、过程一致、重点一致等。将“七证”学养功夫中积极合理的成分融入自我教育法,对于现代道德教育而言具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。"Qi Zheng"in"The Great Learning"is an essential method of moral education,which has many commonalities with self-education method in three aspects including method effectiveness,theoretical content,and practical application.Firstly,the commonality of method effectiveness is reflected in the fact that both of the two are applicable to the stage of university,pay attention to"individual autonomy",and take the theory of"man is kind-hearted by nature"as the theoretical basis,which makes them long-term scientific moral education methods in line with individual development.Secondly,the commonality at the level of theoretical content is reflected in the"knowing"(self-understanding),"stopping"(self-selection),"determination"(self-planning),"static"(self-adaptation),"quiet"(self-adjustment),"consideration"(self-reflection),and"gain"(self-realization and transcendence).Thirdly,the commonality at the practical application level is reflected in consistency in purpose,subject,path,process,and focus.Integrating the positive and reasonable elements of the"Qi Zheng"into the selfeducation method has significant theoretical value and practical significance for modern moral education.
