摘　　要：大中小学思想政治教育一体化文化环境体系构建,是贯彻落实习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述、扎实推进文化育人工作的重要举措。文化环境体系是思想政治教育的重要场域,与大中小学思想政治教育目的融通、思想相通、内容贯通,对各学段加强教育评价改革与质量保障体系建设具有重要意义。面对大中小学思想政治教育一体化文化环境体系构成要素多样、内部关系复杂、价值诉求多元等现实困境,构建科学有序规范的一体化管理机制,深刻把握“大思政课”的育人思维,传承中华文化基因、统筹多元价值诉求,成为推动大中小学思想政治教育一体化文化环境体系构建的必然选择。The construction of an integrated cultural environment system for ideological and political education in universities,primary and secondary schools is an important measure to implement the important statement of General Secretary Xi Jinping on education and promote the work of cultural education.Cultural environment system is an important field of ideological and political education,which is integrated with the purpose,ideology and content of ideological and political education in universities,primary and secondary schools.It is of great significance to strengthen the reform of education evaluation and the construction of quality assurance system at all school stages.In the face of the real dilemma of diverse elements,complex internal relations and diversified value demands in the construction of an integrated cultural environment system for ideological and political education in universities,primary and secondary schools,the construction of a scientific,orderly and standardized integrated management mechanism,a profound grasp of the nurturing mindset of the"grand ideological and political courses",and the inheritance of Chinese cultural genes to coordinate diversified value demands have become an inevitable choice to promote the construction of an integrated cultural environment system for ideological and political education in universities,primary and secondary schools.
