饲喂滇谷2号稻米对大鼠血糖和血脂的影响

摘　　要：【目的】研究饲喂富含抗性淀粉的滇谷2号稻米饲料对大鼠血糖和血脂代谢的影响。【方法】以12月龄雄性Ⅱ型糖尿病GK大鼠和Wistar大鼠为试验对象,分别设置试验组(饲喂含滇谷2号稻米的饲料)、对照组(饲喂含滇禾优918稻米的饲料)和GK阳性对照组(饲喂含滇禾优918稻米的饲料,灌胃二甲双胍),在适宜的环境条件下饲养6周,测定并比较分析各组大鼠的血糖和血脂相关指标。【结果】GK大鼠试验组和阳性对照组的每周空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白含量、各时间点的血糖值和糖耐量以及总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白和甘油三酯的浓度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白浓度低于对照组(P>0.05)。除高密度脂蛋白/低密度脂蛋白值外,Wistar大鼠的组间各检测指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。【结论】滇谷2号稻米能较好地控制GK大鼠的血糖和血脂,但对Wistar大鼠的血糖和血脂无明显影响。[Purpose]To study the effect of feeding rice Diangu No.2 feed rich in resistant starch on the blood glucose and lipid metabolism in rats.[Methods]Male type II diabetic GK rats and Wistar rats at 12 months of age were used as test subjects,and the test group(fed with rice Diangu No.2 rat chow),control group(fed with rice Dianheyou 918 rat chow)and GK positive control group(fed with Dianheyou 918 rice rat chow and gavaged with metformin)were set up under suitable environmental conditions for six weeks,and the blood glucose and lipid-related indexes of each group were measured,compared and analyzed.[Results]The weekly fasting blood glucose,glycated serum protein content,blood glucose values at each time point and glucose tolerance,and the concentrations of total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein and triglycerides were significantly lower in the test and positive control groups of GK rats than in the control group(P<0.05);and the concentration of lowdensity lipoprotein was lower than in the control group(P>0.05).Except the value of high-density lipoprotein/low-density lipoprotein,there was no significant difference between the groups of Wistar rats for each assay(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Rice Diangu No.2 can control blood glucose and lipids in GK rats better,but has no significant effect on blood glucose and lipids in Wistar rats.
