摘 要:在我国大力发展高速铁路的背景下,铁路网不断加密必然会导致大量新建线路与临近既有线交叉并行的情况。保障临近高铁线工程的施工安全,并控制施工对临近既有线安全运营的影响尤为重要。以南崇铁路项目淡新街大桥临近既有南昆客专邕江四线特大桥工程为依托,针对既有线施工相互干扰因素多、稳定性控制要求高、施工技术难度大的技术难题,总结形成了缆风绳反向斜拉防钻机倾覆施工技术、接触网电线立柱穿越翼缘板基础绝缘隔离施工技术等,较大限度地控制和减小了施工对既有线的影响,保证了既有南昆客专的安全运行,具有良好的适用性和推广应用价值。Under the background of China’s vigorous development of high-speed railway,the continuous densification of railway network will inevitably lead to a large number of new lines and adjacent existing lines crossing in parallel.It is particularly important to ensure the construction safety of the project near the high-speed railway line and control the impact of construction on the safe operation of the adjacent existing line.Relying on the Tanxin Street Bridge of the Nanchong Chongyang Railway Project,which is close to the existing Nanning Yongjiang Line 4 Super Large Bridge Project of Yunnan Guangxi Passenger Dedicated Line,and aiming at the technical problems of the existing line construction,such as many mutual interference factors,high stability control requirements,and difficult construction technology,the construction technology of cable wind rope reverse inclined pulling anti overturning drilling rig,and the insulation isolation construction technology of OCS wire column crossing flange plate foundation are summarized,The influence of the construction on the existing line is controlled and reduced to a large extent,which ensures the safe operation of the existing Yunnan Guangxi Passenger Dedicated Line,and has good applicability and application value.
