摘  要:为了解决现有的接触式测量方法中传感器易损、系统比较复杂的问题,保证井下采煤活动的安全,针对煤矿特点采用结构光学相机直接采集图像的方法对液压支架结构位姿进行研究分析。该系统基于深度视觉测量技术,通过摄像机采集液压支架图像,对采集得到的图像进行结构位姿参数解算,并且进行系统搭建分析实验。通过对解算误差进行分析,测量误差总体上保持在1°以内,表明测量算法满足位姿测量需求。In order to solve the problems of the existing contact measurement methods,such as fragile sensors and complex systems,and to ensure the safety of underground coal mining activities,the structural position of the hydraulic bracket was studied and analysed by using the direct image acquisition method of the structural optical camera for the characteristics of the coal mine.The system is based on depth vision measurement technology,and the images of the hydraulic bracket are acquired by the camera.The analysis of the solution error shows that the measurement error is generally within 1°,indicating that the measurement algorithm meets the requirements of the posture measurement.
