采煤机齿轮箱异常声响分析及处理技术研究

摘　　要：齿轮箱是采煤机截割部、行走部等动力传递系统重要组成单元,由于齿轮箱内包括轴承、齿轮等,在井下恶劣且复杂环境中运行时齿轮箱容易出现各类故障,影响煤炭生产。异响是齿轮箱故障主要征兆之一,为此在对采煤机齿轮箱结构分析基础上,分析齿轮箱异响类型及原因,并结合现场经验提出齿轮箱异响处理技术。所提异响处理技术可实现异响快速定位及处理,提高异响处理效率。The gearbox is an important component of the power transmission system of the coal mining machine cutting section and walking section.As there are bearings and gears in the gearbox,the gearbox is prone to various kinds of failures when operating in the harsh and complex environment underground,which affects coal production.This is one of the main signs of gearbox failure.For this reason,based on the analysis of the structure of the coal mining machine gearbox,the types and causes of gearbox rattling are analysed,and the gearbox ratling treatment technology is proposed in conjunction with field experience.The proposed noise processing technology can achieve rapid location and processing of noise and improve the efficiency of noise processing.
