从天干与脏腑功能关系探讨“金水相生”理论

摘　　要：“金水相生”一般指“肺肾之间相互滋生”的关系,然而,在六腑之中,亦有大肠属金,膀胱属水,根据脏腑的表里关系,推测大肠和膀胱可能也参与了“金水相生”的生理过程。在天干之中,庚金对应大肠,辛金对应肺,壬水对应膀胱,癸水对应肾,因此,笔者通过分析庚、辛、壬、癸的天干内涵来完善大肠、肺、膀胱、肾的脏腑特性,发现四者皆参与了相火及水谷之气的传导过程且紧密联系,从而推导出“金水相生”实质上涉及了大肠、肺、膀胱、肾之间相火及水谷之气的传导过程,其中水液既以载体的形式于三焦中运输相火,又参与了水谷之气的传导过程。It is typically thought that the'mutual promotion of metal and water'refers to the relationship of the'mutual promotion of lung and kidney'.However,the large intestine as metal and bladder as water properties also exist among the six fu viscera.It is anticipated that the large intestine and bladder may also be involved in the physiological process of'mutual promotion of metal and water'based on the interconnection of Zang-fu viscera.In the heavenly stems,geng mental corresponds to large,xin mental corresponds to lung,ren water corresponds to bladder,and gui water corresponds to kidney.Therefore,by analyzing the connotations of geng,xin,ren,and gui in the heavenly stems to enrich the characteristics of the Zang-fu viscera of the large intestine,lung,bladder,and kidney.The authors discovered that these four Zang-fu viscera are all involved in the movement of the ministerial fire and the qi of the essence of food and drink and that they are closely interrelated with one another.It is then deduced that the'mutual promotion of metal and water'essentially involves the movement of the ministerial fire and the qi of the essence of food and drink that occurs between the large intestine,lung,bladder,and kidney.Fluid not only acts as a carrier for ministerial fire in Sanjiao,but also as an active participant in the movement of the qi of the essence of food and drink.
