《三因极一病证方论》中情志思想分析

摘　　要：文章探讨《三因极一病证方论》的时代背景,并分析其情志思想。陈言情志思想主要内容包括:重视情志致病,将情志致病作为三大病因之一的内因;最早提出七情这一概念,并将其应用到各类疾病中;提出了情志脉法,确定了七情与五志致病的脉象,丰富了对于情志病的诊断;对于情志病辨治与分阶段治疗也有所发展。陈言对于中医情志学说贡献巨大,通过对陈言的情志思想分析,丰富了中医心理学内容,为辨治情志疾病提供了理论依据,有一定的理论及临床意义。This paper discussed the historical background of Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun and analyzed its'emotion'thought.The main contents of CHEN Yan's emotion thought include:He attached importance to affective pathogeny;he listed affective pathogeny,or internal cause,as one of the three major causes.he first put forward the concept of seven emotions and applied it to various diseases,he put forward the pulse taking of emotions,and expounded the pulse manifestations of seven emotions and five minds,which enriched the diagnosis of emotional diseases.He also promoted the development of treatment and phased treatment of emotional diseases.In conclusion,CHEN Yan contributed greatly to the emotion thought in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This analysis enriches the content of psychology of TCM and provides a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of emotional diseases.Therefore,it has certain theoretical and clinical significance.
