心理韧性的中医思想探源及临床本土化应用研究

摘　　要：心理韧性为应对压力与逆境的能力及良性适应过程,其水平提升对于维护心理健康具有重要意义。我国临床心理韧性研究多直接延用国外相关量表,忽略文化适应性导致应用效果欠佳。中医心理学思想根植于我国社会历史文化背景和民族心理,在我国心身疾病治疗方面具有鲜明的特点和突出的优势。通过跨文化理论比较,研究认为以中国社会历史文化为背景构建的中医体质理论及相关气质学说所塑造出的中国人顽强隐忍、吃苦耐劳、积极自省等品质与西方心理韧性的内涵本质相一致。故文章基于诸上理论进行心理韧性的中医思想探源,以求初塑该理论中医思想本质内涵,促进心理韧性本土化应用,发掘其应用价值与意义,更好地服务临床。Psychological resilience is the ability to cope with pressure,adversity and a benign adaptation process,and its improvement is of great significance for maintaining mental health.Foreign scales are often used directly in Chinese psychological resilience study with ignored cultural adaptability,which results in poor application effect.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)psychological thought is rooted in our social,historical,cultural background and national psychology,which has distinct characteristics and outstanding advantages in psychosomatic diseases treatment.Through the comparison of cross-cultural theories,the authors believe that the Chinese qualities such as tenacity,endurance,hard work and positive introspection created by TCM constitution theory and related temperament theory are consistent with the connotation essence of western psychological resilience.Therefore,this paper explores the origin of the TCM thought of psychological resilience,in order to initially model TCM theory essence,promote its localized application,explore its value and significance,and make it better serve clinical practice.
