摘 要:随着高超音速武器的使用,防御系统对火控激光雷达的远程探测能力提出了更高要求。多脉冲激光雷达是当前远程探测的主要手段。受激光器散热条件限制,目前多脉冲激光雷达最高工作频率约为20Hz,无法满足防御系统近程工作要求;而单脉冲激光雷达最高重频虽然可达50Hz,但是对微弱信号的远程探测能力相对有限。文章结合激光雷达多脉冲、单脉冲测距技术的各自优势,提出了“多脉冲+单脉冲”自动变频复合测距的设计思路,并成功研制了一款多脉冲变频激光雷达。试验数据表明:该款多脉冲激光雷达探测距离是单脉冲测距体制的1.42倍,取得了较好的试验结果。同时,通过自动变频控制措施,该款激光雷达能够满足防御系统近程高重频、高数据率(50Hz)的要求。文章的研究成果对于推广多脉冲激光雷达具有较高的应用价值。With the use of hypersonic weapons,defense systems put forward higher requirements on the longrange detection capability of LIDAR.Multi-pulsed LIDAR is the main means of remote detection at present.Limited by the heat dissipation condition of the laser,the current maximum operating frequency of the multipulse LIDAR is 20 Hz,which cannot meet the short-range operating requirements of the defense system.Although the maximum repetition rate of single-pulsed LIDAR can reach 50 Hz,its remote detection ability for weak signals is relatively limited.In this paper,combining the advantages of multi-pulsed and single-pulsed ranging technology of LIDAR,the design idea of"multi-pulsed+single-pulsed"automatic frequency-conversion compound ranging is put forward,and a multi-pulsed frequency-conversion LIDAR is developed successfully.The experimental data show that the detection range of this LIDAR is 1.42 times that of the single-pulsed ranging system,and the experimental results are better.With automatic frequency control,the LIDAR can meet the defense system's short-range requirements of high repetition frequency and high data rate(50 Hz).The research results of this paper have high application value for popularizing multi-pulsed LIDAR.
