摘 要:目前,针对L-CNG加气站安全评价指标提取,往往以相关标准、规范或专家意见等定性因素为主,其存在安全影响因素冗杂、评价指标多层次、噪声样本过多等问题。为了进一步降低冗杂评价因素对评价结果影响,提高L-CNG加气站安全评价准确性,将基于粗糙集理论的属性约简应用至L-CNG加气站安全评价指标体系的构建过程。基于事故致因理论,经过安全影响因素分析,得到加气站危险源初始识别清单后,运用粗糙集理论进行知识约简,构建以人员因素、管理因素、设备因素、环境因素、工艺流程因素等五个一级指标为主体的L-CNG加气站安全评价指标。At present,qualitative factors such as relevant standards,norms or expert opinions are the main factors for the extraction of safety evaluation indexes of L-CNG filling stations.There are many problems such as excessive safety influencing factors,multi-level evaluation indexes and too many noise samples.In order to further reduce the influence of redundant evaluation factors on evaluation results and improve the accuracy of safety evaluation of L-CNG filling station,attribute reduction based on rough set theory is applied to the construction process of safety evaluation index system of L-CNG filling station.Basing on the accident causing theory and accident safety influence factors analysis,we get the initial recognition list.After that,using rough set theory for knowledge reduction,construct human factor,management factor,equipment factor,environment factor,technological process factors as the main body of L-CNG stations safety evaluation index.
